As part of their expansion in the EMEA region, they are in search of a dynamic and seasoned Marketing Content & Brand Manager to spearhead their content strategy and brand positioning initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Head of Communications & Brand EMEA, this role is pivotal in crafting compelling and impactful content that elevates brand visibility, fosters customer engagement, and propels business growth. The Content & Brand Manager will oversee a team of two Content Specialists, collaborating to implement a cohesive and innovative multi-platform content strategy across various channels including web, social media, video, and mobile.
Primary Duties- Content Strategy Development: Formulate and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with overarching business objectives and brand positioning in the EMEA region.
- Brand Management: Ensure uniform brand messaging and visual identity across all content and communication platforms, maintaining a robust and cohesive brand presence.
- Content Creation & Management: Supervise the production of high-quality, engaging content such as whitepapers, case studies, blog entries, videos, webinars, and social media posts. Ensure all content resonates with target audiences in the B2B technology and wide-format print sectors while adhering to SEO best practices.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a team of two Content Specialists, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
- Campaign Support: Collaborate with the EMEA marketing team to enhance integrated marketing campaigns with content that drives lead generation, customer engagement, and brand awareness.
- Market Insights: Conduct research to grasp industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to inform content strategy and brand positioning.
- Performance Measurement: Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of content initiatives, utilizing data-driven insights to refine content strategy, enhance traffic, and improve ROI.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with internal stakeholders, including product management, sales, and customer support, to ensure content aligns with business goals and meets the needs of various regions.
- External Partnerships: Manage relationships with external agencies, contractors, and content providers to enhance content production capabilities.
- Content Amplification: Extend content reach through social media and display advertising to maximize impact.
- Campaign Oversight: Supervise the creation of targeted paid media campaigns, ensuring optimization for performance.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze ad performance to understand audience engagement and optimize based on insights.
- Budget Management: Effectively allocate resources between organic and paid efforts to maximize ROI.
- Paid Media Strategy: Develop strategies to amplify content reach across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook, ensuring alignment with the overall content plan.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the broader team to integrate paid media efforts with overall marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and goal alignment.
- Contribute to the management objectives of the EMEA Marketing team in collaboration with other commercial teams.
- Serve as a role model within the EMEA organization regarding performance standards and behavior.
- Exhibit strong teamwork and communication skills to inspire and motivate others.
- Demonstrate quick thinking and decisive action, coupled with excellent planning and time management abilities.

- Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, or a related field with 5+ years of marketing communications experience.
- Proven experience in content management or brand management, preferably in a B2B technology context.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Expertise in content creation across various formats and platforms.
- Proficient in content management systems (CMS) and SEO best practices.
- Experience managing budgets and agency partnerships.
