Position Overview

Invenia Group is looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Product Marketing Manager within a thriving pharmaceutical company. This role involves overseeing a designated product portfolio, ensuring effective marketing strategies are in place to facilitate successful product launches and enhance portfolio growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, establishing the product roadmap and managing pre-launch, launch, and post-launch initiatives to ensure exceptional commercial performance.
  • Successfully introduce new products by collaborating with sales, business development, and regulatory teams.
  • Develop, execute, and assess the product marketing strategy, including setting marketing and sales KPIs to achieve the established sales objectives.
  • Monitor product performance through analytical tools and product launch tracking systems.
  • Manage all facets of the marketing mix to optimize market performance, including product positioning, packaging, promotional activities, events, and digital/print/social media outreach.
  • Create and implement impactful marketing campaigns and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
  • Formulate compelling product value propositions and budget impact analyses to effectively communicate the marketing strategy and facilitate market access.
  • Maintain and manage content related to products and therapy areas.
  • Work closely with the sales team to provide necessary marketing support materials and conduct product training as needed.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders and senior management to offer insights and support, ensuring alignment and understanding of the assigned products.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, or Life Sciences.
  • Proven experience in successfully launching products in the UK primary care market.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, complemented by strong presentation abilities.
  • Confident and persuasive communicator.
  • Solid understanding of business principles and commercial strategies.
  • Analytical and methodical approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong research capabilities with the ability to source necessary information.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a talent for building collaborative relationships and influencing stakeholders.
