Position Overview
Invenia Group is looking for a driven marketing professional to fill the role of Product Marketing Manager within a dynamic Pharmaceutical company. This role involves overseeing a designated product portfolio, focusing on the successful commercialization of new products while fostering growth within the existing range.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, including the development of the product roadmap and managing pre-launch, launch, and post-launch initiatives to ensure commercial success.
- Successfully introduce new products to the market, collaborating closely with sales, business development, and regulatory teams.
- Design, execute, and evaluate the product marketing strategy, establishing marketing and sales KPIs to achieve set revenue goals.
- Monitor product performance using analytical tools and launch tracking systems.
- Manage various components of the marketing mix to optimize market performance, including product positioning, packaging, promotional activities, and digital engagement.
- Create and implement impactful marketing campaigns and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
- Develop compelling product value propositions and budget impact analyses to support the marketing strategy and facilitate market access.
- Maintain and manage content related to specific products and therapy areas.
- Work in partnership with the sales team to provide necessary marketing materials and conduct product training as needed.

Required Skills & Experience
- A degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, or Life Sciences.
- Proven experience in successfully launching products in the UK primary care market.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation capabilities.
- Confident and persuasive communicator.
- Solid understanding of business and commercial principles.
- Analytical and methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Strong research skills with the ability to source and analyze relevant information.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building collaborative relationships and influencing stakeholders.
