Position Overview

Invenia Group is looking for a driven marketing professional to join our team as a Product Marketing Manager within a dynamic Pharmaceutical company. This role will involve overseeing a designated product portfolio, ensuring all marketing activities align with the objective of achieving excellence in product launches while fostering growth across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, including the formulation of the product roadmap and managing pre-launch, launch, and post-launch initiatives to ensure commercial success.
  • Successfully execute product launches in collaboration with sales, business development, and regulatory teams.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate the product marketing strategy, setting clear marketing and sales KPIs to achieve targeted sales outcomes.
  • Monitor product performance through analytical tools and product launch tracking systems.
  • Optimize all aspects of the marketing mix to enhance market performance, including product positioning, packaging, promotional activities, and digital engagement.
  • Create and execute impactful marketing campaigns and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
  • Formulate compelling product value propositions and budget impact analyses to support the marketing strategy and facilitate market access.
  • Maintain and manage content relevant to the product and therapy area.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop marketing support materials and provide necessary product training.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders and senior management to share insights and foster understanding and support for the assigned products.

Required Skills & Experience

  • A degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, or Life Sciences.
  • Proven track record of successful product launches in the UK primary care market.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, complemented by strong presentation abilities.
  • Confident and persuasive communicator.
  • Solid understanding of business and commercial dynamics.
  • Analytical and methodical approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong research capabilities with a knack for sourcing necessary information.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships and influence stakeholders.
