About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join our team at Care UK. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical and pastoral care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strong leadership to nursing and care colleagues, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring the needs of residents with complex needs are met.
  • Collaborate with the management team to drive business growth and innovation, while maintaining our commitment to quality and patient-centered care.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with clinical governance standards and best practices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and external partners, promoting a culture of transparency and open communication.

Requirements:

  • NMC Registered Nurse with experience in care planning and clinical assessment tools.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
