Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Representative to join our EMEA sales team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for sourcing and building pipelines for our Account Executives in the Mid-Market and Enterprise segments.
Key Responsibilities- Prospecting and Qualification
- Proactively identify and engage with strategic prospects in target segments and industries to generate pipeline and create qualified opportunities for our EMEA sales team.
- Relationship Building
- Build relationships with potential clients through various communication channels to create new business opportunities.
- Qualification Calls
- Run qualification calls with prospects to determine if they should be passed to AEs for the next stage.
- Data Management
- Maintain data cleanliness in the CRM to ensure quality handoff to AEs.
- Strong Communication Skills
- Excellent phone presence and interpersonal communication skills, both written and oral.
- Sales Enablement Tools
- Proficiency with Salesforce and other sales enablement tools.
