About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Representative to join our sales team in EMEA. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for building and nurturing our pipeline of potential customers, developing a keen understanding of our SaaS solution, and working closely with our Business Development Managers to convert leads into product demonstration meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source leads through outbound calling, email outreach, and social media outreach
  • Handle inbound leads from Marketing or from our team of part-time Lead Generators
  • Nurture, further qualify, and ultimately convert these leads into product demonstration meetings for our Business Development Managers
  • Serve as a key contact point for potential customers to discuss their technical requirements, budgets, timelines, and scope for implementation
  • Occasionally attend demonstrations and trade shows around the EMEA region with our BDMs
  • Collaborate with marketing to think creatively about potential new avenues for attracting prospects
  • Create Requests for Information and complete tenders to win new business opportunities
About the Team

You will be working alongside the other BDRs in our EMEA branches, reporting into the Internal Sales Manager of the EMEA region. You will collaborate closely with our part-time Lead Generation team, as well as Marketing & Events.

Additionally, our EMEA sales function is split into cross-functional Business Units, each focusing on particular segments of the market. Upon joining, you will be assigned a Business Unit and dedicated to generating opportunities in specific industries alongside a Business Development Manager, Service Management Consultant, and Customer Success Manager.

Requirements
  • A graduate with a 1st or 2:1 university degree preferred – all disciplines welcome
  • 1+ year's experience in B2B sales
  • An interest in technology and software
