Job Summary

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Plandek. Your day-to-day tasks will involve inside sales, lead generation, communication, and sales activities. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, building relationships with potential customers, and driving the growth and expansion of our business.


Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify inbound leads and determine their suitability for our products/services.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts and maximize lead generation.


Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or in an inside sales role.
  • Proven track record in business development.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Familiarity with sales automation tools and techniques.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
