Business Development Representative

Natterbox Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team in EMEA. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the EMEA region, working closely with our sales team to develop and execute targeted sales strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at mid-market and enterprise companies, building trust and credibility to drive sales conversions.
- Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute lead generation campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize conversion rates.
- Manage sales lead data in Salesforce, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information to inform sales strategies and optimize lead generation activity.
- Conduct research on leads and target accounts using industry-leading tools, such as Hubspot, company websites, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of experience in a quota-carrying or customer-facing sales or account/business development role, preferably targeting mid-market and enterprise companies.
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and expanding customer bases in the EMEA region.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and tools, including Salesforce and high-end email automation tools.
