Business Development Representative - EMEA

Natterbox Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team in EMEA. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the EMEA region, working closely with our sales team to develop and execute targeted sales strategies.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at mid-market and enterprise companies, building trust and credibility to drive sales conversions.
  3. Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute lead generation campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize conversion rates.
  4. Manage sales lead data in Salesforce, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information to inform sales strategies and optimize lead generation activity.
  5. Conduct research on leads and target accounts using industry-leading tools, such as Hubspot, company websites, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. 2+ years of experience in a quota-carrying or customer-facing sales or account/business development role, preferably targeting mid-market and enterprise companies.
  2. Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and expanding customer bases in the EMEA region.
  3. Strong understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and tools, including Salesforce and high-end email automation tools.
