About the Role:

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a highly skilled Business Development and Performance Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Business Growth Strategies: Create and implement plans to drive business growth, expand revenue streams, and increase market share.
  • Lead Deal Pursuit and Account Management: Lead the pursuit of new business opportunities, develop and communicate customer business cases, and guide account teams through opportunity creation and pursuit strategic planning.
  • Build and Execute Growth Plans: Develop and execute growth plans that meet business goals for specific geographic and/or service business areas.
  • Drive Business Performance and Analytics: Monitor, analyze, and track business performance, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions.
  • Develop and Champion Business Justification: Develop and champion business justification for company services to ensure successful engagements.
  • Lead and Manage Virtual Teams: Lead and manage virtual teams across geographic areas to drive business development activities and report on progress.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in the services industry
  • 3+ years of experience in developing new business opportunities with clients
  • Strong business development and account management skills
  • Ability to develop and execute business growth strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
