About the Role

Croner-I is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate Business Sales Consultant to join their fast-growing sales team in Central London. As a Business Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in driving business growth and development by selling the company's HR-Inform package to HR professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior HR professionals to promote the HR-Inform package
  • Prospect potential customers to set up discovery demos and drive sales growth
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and develop business growth strategies
  • Participate in the Sales Training Academy to develop skills and confidence in sales and business development

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Ambitious and driven with a strong desire to succeed in sales and business development
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new sales strategies and techniques
