Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Consultant to join our team. As a Business Development Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist high-level candidates in finding new opportunities on a global scale
  • Sourcing and qualifying candidates for roles within our niche business areas, conducting telephone and face-to-face interviews
  • Reviewing CVs, interviewing, and prepping candidates for roles
  • Producing job adverts for relevant platforms
  • Attending business meetings and exhibitions with Senior Consultants to assist in generating new business
  • Smashing targets to earn uncapped commission

Requirements:

  • Motivated individuals who are money hungry and keen to advance their career
  • Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and visionary mindset
  • Eager to learn with a genuine interest in new technologies
  • 'Hunter' mentality with a chameleon-like personality who will be comfortable communicating with candidates/clients at all levels
