About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our EMEA sales and marketing team at Quorum Business Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including solutions architects and solution consultants, to deliver tailored solutions to customers
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • At least 5 years' experience in account management and/or software sales
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related technical or business discipline
  • Advanced English language skills
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing selling strategies for software system solutions
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets
