Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our footprint in the consumer electronics market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demand Generation
    • Engage with prospective customers to understand their needs and present our embedded products as a solution that drives business value.
    • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to acquire new customers and expand our presence in the consumer electronics market.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations that resonate with prospective customers.
    • Convert prospects into paying customers by efficiently managing the sales process from initial contact to deal closure.
  • Market Engagement
    • Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the consumer electronics industry, including potential partners, influencers, and decision-makers, to enhance market penetration and drive sales.
  • Internal Collaboration
    • Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to ensure the sales strategy aligns with the overall business objectives and product positioning.
    • Provide actionable feedback to internal teams based on customer interactions, ensuring continuous improvement of the product and sales approach.
    • Regularly update key stakeholders on sales performance, market insights, and strategic initiatives to ensure alignment and transparency across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is preferred but not essential.
  • Proven experience winning new business in consumer electronics OEMs.
  • Strong understanding of consumer electronics and battery market dynamics.
