The Role: Business Development Manager
We are seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing Data Management and Analytics Consultancy within the sales team. You will play a key role in driving new business sales throughout the UK, focusing on securing new clients and developing long-lasting relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Data Management and Analytics space.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Conduct effective presentations and proposals to demonstrate the value of our services.
- Collaborate with internal teams (consultants, marketing) to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Manage the sales pipeline and track progress effectively.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in new business development within the professional services sector, ideally with a focus on Data Management or Analytics.
- Strong understanding of the UK market and key industry players.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
