Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Consulting engagements and manage client relationships to drive business growth and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Manage projects and teams to support successful project/programme deliveries across multi-disciplinary project teams.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and improve business performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business results and drive innovation.
  • Provide expert advice on financial services products, challenges, trends, and regulation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Management Consulting, Project Management, Business Analysis, or related field, ideally within Financial Services.
  • Deep understanding of financial services products, challenges, trends, and regulation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage, motivate, and inspire others.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful client engagements and driving business growth.
