Your responsibilities will include interacting with high-net-worth individuals who have shown interest in our services. Utilizing effective sales strategies, you will assess their investment objectives and inform them about our approach, aiming to schedule meetings with our external sales representatives.

The Sales Account Manager position is both fulfilling and stimulating. You will receive a competitive base salary complemented by an uncapped commission structure and an attractive benefits package.

Typical On-Target Earnings:
£40-55,000 in the first year, £60-75,000 in the second year, and £85,000+ in the third year.

Daily Responsibilities:
- Gain insights into wealth management in the UK.
- Understand how individuals invest their funds and the types of investments they choose.
- Refine your sales techniques as you enhance your pitch and assist in converting leads into managed assets.
- Engage with high-net-worth investors to assess their financial situations and propose suitable next steps.
- Develop a thorough understanding of Fisher Investments' market philosophy through sessions covering Capital Markets and sales techniques, mastering the art of sales professionalism.

Your Qualifications:
- University graduate or equivalent experience.
- Previous sales experience and a passion for a sales career.
- Ability to confront challenges directly and learn from setbacks.
- Enthusiastic about working in a vibrant, collaborative environment with driven professionals.
- Experience in finance is advantageous but not required, as comprehensive training will be provided.
