About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Account Manager to join our team at Zenzero. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies, and negotiate deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Account Planning and Management: Create and implement account plans to drive sales growth, manage customer expectations, and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Communication and Presentation: Develop and deliver effective presentations, proposals, and pitches to customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, analyze customer data, and provide insights to inform sales strategies and business decisions.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the IT and Managed Services industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build strong relationships, and a strong understanding of business principles and sales strategies.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
