Role Overview

This Individual Contributor position plays a vital role in managing and enhancing our strategic partnerships within the Benelux region, a market essential for our anticipated revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong history of fostering executive-level partner relationships and exhibit outstanding business planning capabilities. You will have made notable contributions to the growth of the Benelux channel community, particularly in the EX/CX domain, and have a proven record of delivering significant results. Your expertise in strategic partnership management will be crucial in propelling our growth in this important market.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategically oversee and develop key channel partnerships in the Benelux region, driving significant revenue expansion. Formulate and execute comprehensive strategies for partner engagement, concentrating on high-value opportunities in the EX/CX sector. Mentor and motivate a team, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence in partnership management. Collaborate with regional business leaders and cross-functional teams to align partnership strategies with overarching business goals. Establish and nurture strong executive relationships with key partners, ensuring mutual growth and success. Possess a solid understanding of the Benelux distribution landscape with prior experience in a tier 2 model. Enhance partner programs, including incentive structures, enablement strategies, and performance metrics, to maximize partner engagement and revenue generation. Regularly assess and adjust strategies in response to market dynamics and partner feedback, ensuring alignment with company objectives and partner needs.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in SaaS or channel sales, with a focus on strategic partnership management. Proven success in developing and implementing impactful partner strategies. Strong ability to engage and influence C-level executives, with excellent presentation and communication skills. Native-level proficiency in written and spoken Dutch Demonstrated ability to drive significant revenue growth through strategic partnerships. SaaS experience is highly preferred, with a deep understanding of software and services alliances. Willingness to travel frequently to engage with partners and internal teams. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
