The responsibilities of the Strategic Partnerships Manager include:
- Establishing new connections with Brokers to advocate for our offerings.
- Facilitating the onboarding process for new Broker partnerships.
- Collaborating with Brokers to uncover new business prospects.
- Overseeing the underwriting procedures for leads directed to you.
- Maintaining and developing the relationships you have established.
- Working in tandem with the Sales Development Representative team to optimize revenue generation.
To be successful in the Strategic Partnerships Manager role, candidates should possess:
- A proven track record in fostering relationships with Brokers or in a comparable capacity.
- Demonstrated success in a similar position within the financial industry.
- Familiarity with the FinTech landscape is beneficial but not mandatory.

A competitive base salary of up to £35,000 annually.
A realistic on-target earnings potential of £45,000 per year, with no cap on earnings.
A flexible work arrangement with three days in the office and remote work on Fridays.
