Strategic Partnership Manager

We are seeking a talented and experienced Strategic Partner Account Manager to join our dynamic team in London. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, relationship management, and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Partnership Management: Develop and manage relationships with key strategic partners, including software providers and channel partners.
- Business Development: Identify new partnership opportunities and develop strategies to expand Aircall's market presence in the UK&I and Nordics region.
- Strategic Planning: Utilize data-driven insights to create and execute strategic partnership plans that align with Aircall's business objectives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other GTM teams, and Product Development teams to ensure a cohesive approach to partnership management and to drive joint initiatives.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships using KPIs and metrics, ensuring alignment with Aircall's goals and objectives.
- Event Participation: Represent Aircall at industry events, conferences, and thought leadership forums to enhance brand visibility and partnership opportunities.
- Analytical and Strategic Thinker: You have strong analytical skills and can leverage data to inform strategic decisions.
- Relationship Builder: You excel in building and nurturing relationships with partners.
- Adaptable and Resilient: You are flexible and can adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 4+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a similar role in a competitive, data-driven environment.
