Strategic Partnerships Manager

1. The Role
We are seeking a Senior Partnerships Account Manager to join our ambitious partnerships team at the European Sponsorship Association. The role will be responsible for managing and developing high-value partners, as well as being a strategic leader helping develop the team.
As a Senior Partnerships Account Manager, you will have the ability to drive partners forward and create best-in-class activations and case studies. You will be proactive and take responsibility to ensure your partners are managed to the highest possible standard and must be comfortable demonstrating and leading on areas of partnership management such as onboarding, rights delivery, reporting, budget management, relationship building, and renewal practices.
2. The Person
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, have a passion for working with big brands in a fast-paced environment, and will be an excellent relationship manager with an acute attention to detail. You will have experience successfully managing partnerships and building best-in-class servicing processes.
You will lead by example, champion the Partnerships team both internally and externally, and act as an ambassador for the European Sponsorship Association.
