About the RoleWe are seeking a strategic and results-driven Partner Manager to join our Commerce Partnerships Team in EMEA. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and translating market opportunities and challenges into a well-defined strategy aimed at accelerating the growth of the ecosystem in EMEA.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with partners at different stages of the partnership life cycle to focus on their go-to-market plans.
- Be the strategic advisor to the partner's business growth to accelerate long-term revenue and future-proof the strategic direction of the partner.
- Map the partner ecosystem to identify upcoming technological trends.
- Prospect and consult with developers across EMEA to build an innovative partner ecosystem.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence partner product development efforts.
- Plan and lead strategic initiatives in close partnership with cross-functional teams and drive execution.
- Represent the team in events and evangelize the program to the industry and developer partners.
- Drive product adoption and provide ongoing education about new and existing marketing products.
- 8 years of client-facing experience in partner management, account management, or technical sales.
- Experience developing working relationships at all levels of management, internally and externally.
- Strong project management, organization, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives in close partnership with cross-functional teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills, proactive expectations management.
- Self-starter, proven ability to shift priorities quickly and act proactively.
- Experience with Commerce Platforms and/or Marketplaces.
- Experience in advertising and marketing developers ecosystem, incl. technology solutions.
- Experience in working in scaled account management or marketing programs.
- Knowledge of product suite, innovation, technology, and online marketing.
