Position Overview:

Brook Street is seeking dedicated individuals to join our client’s support team, focusing on providing exceptional service to users.

Role Type: This is a temporary position with the potential for extension, requiring full-time commitment from Monday to Friday, totaling 37 hours per week.

Compensation: The hourly rate starts at £9.59, with the possibility of an increase.

Training Period: Please note that during the initial training phase, there will be limited opportunities for annual leave.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an inclusive and accessible service to all users, including the general public and professional clients.
  • Provide clear guidance and information to address inquiries effectively.
  • Accurately process and update a high volume of case details in a timely manner.
  • Engage with users to meet their immediate needs through effective communication.

Work Environment:

This position is primarily telephone-based, requiring comfort in handling calls for the majority of the workday, with minimal administrative tasks involved.

Qualifications:

While prior experience in a contact center is preferred, candidates with strong customer service skills are encouraged to apply.

Background Check:

A clear DBS check will be required, which will be processed at no cost to the candidate, along with three years of reference verification.
