Overview: Our esteemed Public Sector Client is seeking several Client Support Specialists to enhance their Probate division.

This is a temporary engagement with potential for extension, offering a full-time schedule of 37 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Working Hours: Standard business hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM, subject to operational requirements.

Compensation: The initial pay rate for this position is £11.59 per hour, increasing to £11.88 after the initial training period.

Role Requirements: This position is fully onsite due to the nature of the responsibilities involved. Candidates should be prepared to commence work on the specified start date.

Due to the training schedule, substantial annual leave cannot be accommodated during the first eight weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for users seeking updates or guidance regarding their probate applications.
  • Deliver an accessible and inclusive service to all users, including the general public and professional clients.
  • Provide clear direction and information to resolve inquiries effectively.
  • Accurately process and update a high volume of case details in a timely manner.
  • Address the immediate needs of service users through effective communication.

This role is situated within a service center and primarily involves telephone interactions, with minimal administrative tasks. Candidates must be comfortable engaging with clients over the phone for the majority of the workday.

Candidate Profile: Applicants should possess a resilient and assertive demeanor, with the ability to clearly explain processes to ensure customer understanding.

While prior contact center experience is preferred, individuals with strong customer service skills are also encouraged to apply.

This position requires a clear DBS check, which will be processed at no cost to the candidate, along with three years of referencing.
