Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled ICT Field Services Engineer to join our client's team on a temporary basis. As a key member of the team, you will provide first-class support services to our people, maintaining and improving our infrastructure. You will have a background of working in a busy environment, with experience in troubleshooting complex technical issues at in-depth levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting and driving to multiple sites to deliver technical services.
  • End-to-end management of field service jobs, expediting maintenance and troubleshooting procedures across our network and server provisions.
  • Managing requests through to resolution to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Working on projects to deliver technical solutions and improve infrastructure.
  • Responding to client and system service requests, troubleshooting and fixing technical faults and issues to completion.
  • Ensuring the IT needs of the client are met in relation to teaching, learning, and administration.
  • Handling security and network administration tasks.
  • Performing hardware repair and replacement.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of problem-solving from start to finish.
  • Self-motivated and able to work alone at times.
  • Ability to play a key role in delivering the organisation's end-user strategy.
