Key Responsibilities:
- Fostering relationships with clients and keeping them informed about service requests.
- Overseeing service call management and coordination.
- Verifying timekeeping reports and addressing billing inquiries.
- Updating service agreements and resolving pending estimates.
- Managing correspondence and delivering superior client service.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong background in client service and administrative functions.
- Exceptional communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Prior experience in a comparable position is preferred.
- Proficient in IT, particularly with Word and Excel.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Thursday - 8:00am to 4:30pm, Friday - 8:00am to 4:00pm.
Compensation:
Attractive salary package commensurate with experience.
