InstaStaff is currently seeking Skilled Client Support Specialists to join our team.
The responsibilities of the Client Support Specialist include:
- Handling both outbound and inbound communications.
- Collecting information via telephone.
- Addressing inquiries, concerns, and challenges.
- Managing sensitive data, including payment information.
- Modifying payment methods as necessary.
- Updating the internal CRM system.
- Managing a high volume of calls, potentially reaching up to 120 daily.
- Performing administrative tasks such as data entry.
The ideal Client Support Specialist will possess:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position is essential.
- Prior administrative experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is preferred but not required.
- Flexibility with working hours and weekends is a must.
- A commitment to long-term, temporary-to-permanent employment is essential.
Working hours for the Client Support Specialist role:
- Monday to Friday - Day shifts.
- 37.5 hours per week.
- Involvement in alternate weekends is expected.
- This is a full-time position.
Applicants must be adaptable to work across various shifts and occasionally on Saturdays as needed.
The compensation for this role is set at £13.46 per hour, reflecting a PRE AWR pay rate.
This position is temporary with the potential to transition to a permanent role following a 12-week evaluation period.
