Job Summary

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our recruitment team in Birmingham. As a key member of our office, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to our recruitment consultants, including preparing candidate CVs, scheduling appointments, and writing reports.
  • Assist with compliance tasks, including checking candidate documents and maintaining accurate records.
  • Run activity reports for management and perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of working in a fast-paced administration role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build professional relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize a changing workload and work collaboratively as part of a team.
