This position presents a fantastic opportunity to enhance your financial skills in a dynamic office environment, assisting with various tasks from client relations to invoicing and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconciliation of vendor statements
  • Addressing vendor inquiries
  • Formulating monthly vendor payment schedules and executing weekly payments
  • Reconciling company credit card transactions
  • Processing employee expense reimbursements
  • Regularly reviewing unallocated payments and performing reconciliations
  • Posting invoices from subcontractors
  • Reconciling subcontractor accounts
  • Assisting with monthly account preparations, including accruals and prepayments
  • Updating cash flow reports for actual transactions

Person Specification:

  • Experience in a Finance Support role, including Credit Control
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient computer user, with experience in Excel and Sage
  • Able to cultivate enduring professional relationships
  • Capable of managing individual workload effectively
