About the Role

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Tax Compliance Specialist to join their team as an Expatriate Tax Manager. This is a key role within the Global Employer Services offering, providing advice and solutions to businesses navigating today's changing world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide tax compliance and advisory services to a wide range of clients, including corporate clients with internationally mobile employees.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, including control of billings and identification of opportunities to improve recoveries.
  • Develop professional relationships with clients and within the firm.
  • Get involved in special assignments on an ad hoc basis.
  • Guide and supervise less experienced colleagues.
  • Support, train, mentor, and advise others in own area.

Requirements

This role requires an experienced CTA/ACA Expatriate Tax specialist with in-depth, up-to-date knowledge of tax and a specialist knowledge of expatriate tax. The ideal candidate will be able to manage a substantial client portfolio while seeking new client opportunities.
