The Role:

As a Client Support Specialist at Unity Connect, you will deliver a personalized telephone banking experience that genuinely addresses our customers' needs. Your expertise will streamline their interactions, ensuring their expectations are met with speed, clarity, and empathy.

By actively listening to our customers, you will gain insights into their unique requirements, enabling you to assist them with various inquiries, from everyday banking to our diverse product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations related to account setup, ongoing support, and high-value transactions, ensuring timely and accurate processing while adhering to established procedures and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain rigorous risk controls to protect the Bank from potential losses, reporting any suspicious activities as necessary. Conduct thorough customer due diligence to mitigate risks associated with money laundering and fraud.
  • Ensure all modifications to customer records are substantiated by valid instructions and comply with Bank policies.
  • Collaborate with the broader Bank team on various projects, contributing to team meetings and enhancing operational efficiency through process reviews and improvement suggestions.
  • Engage with customers promptly and empathetically through various communication channels, including phone, written correspondence, and in-person interactions.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support the Bank's objectives, including assisting other departments as needed.
