We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Client Support Specialist to become a vital part of our Service Delivery team.

- Strong relationship-building skills and effective communication with clients and partners over the phone
Client Support Specialist - Preferred Qualifications:
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to incoming calls from our driver network, ensuring they receive the necessary support by:
- Addressing their inquiries and providing assistance as needed;
Utilizing our digital platform to determine when outbound communication to drivers is necessary, guiding them to fulfill customer instructions and timelines.
- Cultivating and sustaining positive relationships with our clients by:Our office environment promotes collaboration and well-being, featuring amenities such as a gym and social spaces.
We offer a generous leave policy, providing 25 days of annual leave in addition to public holidays, with an extra day added for each year of service, up to a maximum of 30 days.
