We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as an EDI Training Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering interactive EDI-related training programs to clients across the UK.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support our lead trainers in delivering interactive EDI-related training programs, including EDI, Race in the Workplace, Unconscious Bias, LGBTQ Inclusion, and Microaggressions Training.
  • Deliver training both virtually and face-to-face, utilizing Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
  • Create digital content in the form of blogs and adapt program design to maintain a memorable online delegate experience.
  • Deliver face-to-face training at client premises UK-wide, with occasional overnight stays.
  • Work closely with clients to develop sales and consult on their EDI training and strategy, creating tailored solutions.
  • Utilize online client relationship management systems to contact and follow up with new, prospective, and existing clients.
  • Create engaging learning solutions, including interactive training materials, and write proposals outlining client solutions.
  • Proficiently use computer technology, including Microsoft Office programs and email servers, and analyze data for collation and analysis.

**Requirements:**

  • 2 years of experience in delivering employee or student EDI, teaching, or HR-specific training.
  • Ability to travel to Birmingham for face-to-face full-day workdays and in-person team meetings.
