Position: HR Coordinator

The HR Coordinator will play a vital role in delivering expert guidance on human resources policies and practices. This position involves collaborating with management on employee relations matters and organizational change initiatives, participating in meetings, documenting discussions, and generating follow-up correspondence.

Key responsibilities include conducting HR compliance audits within our educational institutions to ensure adherence to best practices and safeguarding standards. The HR Coordinator will also assist the Head of HR for Schools and Business Partners with various HR projects as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human resources, holding a CIPD qualification (or equivalent), and have substantial generalist HR experience, including the management of individual cases.
