IPEX, a leading provider of plastic piping systems in North America, is dedicated to shaping a better tomorrow through water and energy connections.

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Aliaxis. This role reports to the Human Resources Business Partner.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing HR principles in various activities such as orientation, payroll coordination, and benefits, while fostering employee engagement and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct new employee orientations and streamline onboarding procedures to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and RRSP programs accurately and in compliance with regulations to maintain a high level of employee satisfaction.
  • Manage Short and Long Term Disability Claims and Return to Work processes to ensure a smooth recovery for employees.
  • Maintain personnel records and create HR reports for management to inform strategic decisions.
  • Facilitate performance management and employee engagement initiatives to drive business results.
  • Support training programs for employees and participate in 5S and Continuous Improvement practices to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience and 1 year of payroll administration required.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is beneficial.
  • Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent education and experience.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
