Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Lawson Clark Recruitment. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the HR function and providing administrative assistance to the HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining accurate records and databases.
  • Assist with recruitment and talent acquisition processes, including advertising job vacancies and managing candidate applications.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees and management.

Requirements:

  • 12 months' experience working in an HR Department.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software.
