Key Responsibilities:
- HR Operations: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- HR Administration: Manage new joiner and leaver processes, including offer letters, new joiner references, and HR inductions.
- Employee Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless transition into the company.
- HR Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee data and benefits information.
- Employee Engagement: Support the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives, including diversity and inclusion programs.
- Training and Development: Coordinate training and development programs for employees, including compliance training and professional development opportunities.
- Exit Interviews: Conduct exit interviews with departing employees, gathering feedback and insights to improve the employee experience.
- Employee Lifecycle: Manage employee lifecycle events, including end of probation reviews, parental leave, flexible working, and compassionate leave.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Support the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives, including training programs and events.
- Partnerships and Collaborations: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain partnerships with external organizations, including BTC and ENEI.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Personal Qualities: Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and excellent problem-solving skills.
