About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Assist with recruitment and hiring processes, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing new hire packets and conducting orientation sessions.
- Develop and maintain HR-related policies and procedures.
- Assist with benefits administration, including open enrollment and COBRA.
- Provide excellent customer service to employees and management.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
