Senior Change Management Consultant

About You

Your professional journey will have equipped you with a robust foundation in spearheading business or IT transformation initiatives or managing change effectively.

You are likely a proficient Project Manager, Change Manager, or Business Analyst. Whether you are currently in a consultancy role and feel constrained by a 'glass ceiling' or have always been curious about the advantages of a consulting environment, you will find the variety of projects and sectors invigorating.

Above all, you are eager to rapidly enhance your skills and experience. We will collaborate with you to boost your commercial acumen, enabling you to network confidently with clients, lead and inspire teams, and solve problems effectively within our organization.

The Role

As a Senior Change Management Consultant, we anticipate your swift development within our organization.

Your initial deployment will likely involve working on-site with a client, supported by our team, to play a pivotal role in executing a critical project. This experience will immerse you in the Nine Feet Tall culture and allow you to learn from seasoned Consultants who will guide you in our practices.

You will also engage in internal projects that may span various facets of our expanding business.

A significant aspect of this role is mentorship. We operate in a non-hierarchical structure, replacing traditional line management with mentorship. At this level, you will mentor one or two of our Consultants, offering insights and guidance on their ongoing and future professional development.
