About You

You are an accomplished management consultant with a specialization in project and programme management, particularly in leading complex IT and ERP system implementations. Your focus on exceptional client delivery drives you to play a pivotal role in ensuring successful outcomes. You seek to expand your expertise while gaining greater influence within the organization.

In this delivery role, you will utilize your extensive experience to shape and steer strategic initiatives, contribute to business growth, and maintain accountability for client satisfaction and account health.

The Role

Your responsibilities will encompass approximately 60% of your time dedicated to client engagements, where you will take the lead in managing business change or systems implementation projects. You will oversee multiple key account relationships, providing strategic guidance, quality assurance to delivery teams, and nurturing relationships to identify new opportunities.

We will support you in pursuing and developing new business avenues, potentially focusing on emerging sectors or capabilities.
