The Role:
The Senior Insurance Strategy Consultant position is pivotal within our Consulting division, reporting directly to the Practice Director. You will be instrumental in leading client engagements and driving growth within our Specialty Markets practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee client projects, collaborating with Equisoft consultants and client teams to achieve outstanding results.
- Utilize your established network to identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with Specialty Insurance firms to foster advocacy and business potential.
- Lead the creation and management of business proposals, RFPs, and contracts to secure new projects.
- Account Management
- Manage client accounts, nurturing relationships and generating new business opportunities.
- Strategic Development
- Contribute to the evolution of Equisoft's business strategy and insurance offerings.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in the Insurance sector, particularly within Lloyd's and the London Market.
- Background in strategy, change management, operational, or technical roles in Insurance.
- Proven track record in business development and securing client contracts.
- Strong understanding of industry dynamics and future trends.
- Well-connected within the senior levels of the Insurance industry.
- Detail-oriented, inquisitive, and dedicated to delivering results.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with clients and stakeholders effectively.
- Innovative thinker with the ability to present ideas clearly and compellingly.
- Understanding of IT fundamentals and various Financial Services systems.
- A genuine passion for making a positive impact within the industry.
- Willingness to travel and adapt to diverse roles.
