Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the formulation of waste management strategies, including Drainage and Wastewater Management Plans (DWMP), Water Industry National Environment Programme (WINEP), and bioresources initiatives.
- Engaging with both internal teams and external partners to devise effective operational strategies.
- Managing a team of internal experts and external advisors.
- Restoring public confidence by addressing customer and environmental expectations.
- Playing a key role in the overall strategic direction and business planning of the organization.
