Insurance Strategy Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned Insurance professional to join our team as a Principal Consultant in Specialty Markets. As a key member of our Consulting division, you will play a crucial part in driving the growth of our Insurance Consulting practice.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Leverage your network and expertise to generate new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with Specialty Insurance businesses.
- Account Management: Foster and grow client relationships, generating follow-on sales and new business opportunities.
- Strategy and Proposition: Contribute to the development and enhancement of our business strategy, insurance proposition, and methodology.
- 15+ years of experience in the Insurance industry, with a focus on Lloyd's and the London Market.
- Experience in strategy, change, operational, or technical roles within Insurance.
- Proven track record of business development, including building and winning bids for client work.
- Excellent understanding of the drivers and future direction of the industry.
- Strong network across the Insurance Industry at a senior level.
- Extremely thorough, inquisitive, and hardworking behaviors.
- A genuine desire to improve outcomes for clients and consumers.
- Excellent people and communication skills.
- Proven ability to build strong business relationships.
- Innovative and able to articulate ideas effectively.
- Good understanding of IT fundamentals and different categories of FS systems.
- Genuine passion and enthusiasm for making a difference.
- Ability to travel and undertake varying roles.
