About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Consultant to join our team at Equisoft, a leading provider of financial services solutions. As an Insurance Consultant, you will play a key role in helping our clients navigate the complexities of the insurance industry and drive business growth through strategic advice and digital transformation solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic business advice to clients on insurance industry operations and technology
  • Develop and implement operating models and evaluations of digital transformation solutions
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality consulting services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory frameworks
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in change or operations teams, with 5+ years in the insurance sector
  • Ability to take responsibility for and lead the analysis and design of strategic business solutions
  • Proven track record of building strong business relationships
  • A willingness to travel within the UK and globally, and undertake varying roles at clients
