About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Geo-Environmental Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Geo-Environmental Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on geotechnical and environmental matters to our clients. Your primary focus will be on project management, site investigations, and land quality assessments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project management and coordination of site investigations and land quality assessments
  • Providing expert advice and guidance on geotechnical and environmental matters
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and develop effective solutions
  • Leading and managing teams of geotechnical and environmental professionals
  • Developing and implementing remediation strategies and validation reports
  • Conducting geotechnical assessments and ground gas assessments
  • Managing and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements

  • BSc in Geology, Ground Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field
  • MSc is desirable but not essential
  • Proven track record of experience working in a similar consultancy or contracting practice
  • Excellent site work skills, including trial pitting and drilling
  • Experience of factual and interpretative reporting
  • Project management experience
  • Able to communicate effectively and work independently

What We Offer

  • Annual salary: £32,000 - £40,000
  • Flexible hours: 7:30 - 9:30 start time (based on a 37.5 hour week)
