Role Overview:
Our client, a prominent player in the insurance sector, is looking for two Insurance Pricing Specialists to enhance their Insurance Pricing Team in Bristol. This position offers a hybrid working model, allowing for flexibility and creativity in a dynamic environment.
Salary: GBP35k-GBP50k based on experience
Location: Hybrid/Bristol
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time with a hybrid working arrangement
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of insurance data to inform pricing strategies.
- Identify and explore opportunities for pricing modifications to enhance business outcomes.
- Assist in formulating and sustaining future performance forecasts.
- Execute scenario and sensitivity analyses to tackle business inquiries.

About the Role:
As an Insurance Pricing Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to perform detailed analyses of insurance data to support pricing decisions. You will work closely with team members to pinpoint opportunities for pricing adjustments and to develop future performance projections. Additionally, you will carry out scenario and sensitivity analyses to address business challenges and provide data-driven recommendations. Strong analytical capabilities, effective communication, and a proactive approach to data exploration are crucial for success in this role.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proficient numerical and analytical skills, capable of thriving in a data-intensive environment.
- A keen interest in insurance pricing and a proactive mindset towards data-driven opportunities.
- Strong communication skills for engaging with stakeholders and presenting analytical insights.
- Ability to distill complex issues into clear business recommendations.
