About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Operations Manager to join our team at Rotork PLC. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective implementation and execution of our pricing strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and continuously improve the structure and analysis mechanics surrounding pricing management.
  • Collaborate closely with product and sales management to execute the pricing strategy.
  • Control and optimize the global pricing model.
  • Support special pricing and margin control.
  • Monitor pricing performance and oversee all pricing systems, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Support the introduction of new pricing software solutions.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of pricing strategies, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with financial fundamentals and metrics, including profitability analysis, margin management, and pricing elasticity.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and modeling techniques, including statistical analysis.
  • Knowledge of pricing software and tools, such as revenue management systems, pricing optimization software, and business intelligence platforms.
  • Understanding of B2B sales processes, negotiation fundamentals, and customer relationship management.
