Pricing Operations Manager

About the Role
The Pricing Operations Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the effective implementation and execution of pricing management strategies at Rotorks. This is a varied and challenging position that requires a high degree of autonomy and a strong ability to design and continuously improve the structure and analysis mechanics surrounding pricing.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Commercial, the Pricing Operations Manager will have a team of 3 and will be responsible for driving business growth through the development and execution of pricing strategies. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement pricing strategies that drive business growth and profitability
- Develop and maintain pricing models and analysis tools
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop solutions
- Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of pricing strategies and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pricing and commercial operations, with a proven track record of driving business growth through pricing strategies. They will be a strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and will be able to communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
