Role Overview:
The Senior Insurance Strategy Consultant position is pivotal within our Consulting division, reporting directly to the Practice Director. You will lead client engagements and drive the growth of our Specialty Markets practice, playing a significant role in our strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client projects, collaborating with internal teams to achieve outstanding results.
- Utilize your professional network to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the Specialty Insurance sector.
- Develop and manage business proposals, contracts, and client agreements.
- Account Management:
- Oversee client accounts, fostering relationships to generate additional sales and opportunities.
- Strategic Development:
- Contribute to the evolution of Equisoft's business strategy and service offerings.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in the Insurance sector, particularly within Lloyd's and the London Market.
- Background in strategy, operational roles, or change management within Insurance.
- Proven track record in business development and winning client contracts.
- Strong understanding of industry trends and drivers.
- Extensive professional network within the Insurance industry.
- Detail-oriented, inquisitive, and dedicated work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with clients and stakeholders effectively.
- Innovative mindset with the ability to present ideas clearly.
- Familiarity with IT fundamentals and Financial Services systems.
- Genuine passion for improving client outcomes.
- Willingness to travel as required.
